Revision Policy

We provide revision depending upon the package you selected. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remains the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours.

Payment Process

After placement of an order, our customer success team will connect with you to complete the project brief and finalize the deliverables for the required services. All billing will be done and dues to be payable, after the complete delivery of services. Delivery periods vary depending on the type of services or package purchased.

After the package amount or billed amount is due, you will receive a system generated invoice and payment link on your registered email address with us. We require a payment receipt to be sent to us by replying back to the same email in which you have received the secure payment link to verify the payment completion and closure.

Please note that we don't accept any advance or prepayments. Please contact us immediately if anyone from our team request from you advance payments or undiscussed transfers.

Refund Policy:

We strive to provide high-quality services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Here's our refund policy:

Full Refund Eligibility:

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the final product or service provided by Byterix Tech.
  • To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to info@byterixtech.com within the 30-day period.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review the provided information and assess the validity of the claim.
  • If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be provided for services rendered beyond the initial 30-day period.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the dissatisfaction is due to changes made to the product or service by the client after delivery.

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Not checking or using the Account Area frequently shall not provide you adequate grounds for a refund. However, if you are uncertain how to use the area, you may contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting will be provided for free with website packages, where applicable.

All the email accounts provided with website packages can be configured on third party email soft-wares such as outlook. Each email account will have 10MB of space.

If you are not hosting your website with us, we will not provide email accounts.

There is no refund for the hosting, domain or email server package

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the "Order Confirmation". An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. Record Maintenance

We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.

If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

Communication Policy

YOU agree that Byterix Tech is not liable for any correspondence from email address (es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. "..@byterixtech.com " or/and any number that is not mentioned on our website. Byterix Tech should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. Byterix Tech is operating under a PCI DSS compliant company; therefore it is authorized to keep your credit card information on file that can be used for any recurring service, additional development hours, server or network equipment required to develop or launch your website without any prior notification. However, our representatives always bring this in knowledge so that you are aware about all the processes.

Exclusions

The Company will assist the Client with the integration of 3rd party plugins and APIs but any third party integration required to assist with the functionality of the website will be STRICTLY standard. The Company will not have anything to do with any third party dealings during the development of this project. All additional work will require a separate fee agreement.
